as everyone knows,health is very important to everyone if you are not heathy ,you will feel sick and can't study or work.to keep healthy,you must have good living habits.first, you should have good sleeping habits,you should go to bed early and get up late.enough sleep can help you to have good rest.second,you should have good eating habits,you should try to eat more fruit and more vegetables and less meat.third,you should try to exercise more.exercise is good to our health and can help us think better and strudy better.i think i have good eating habits and always take a lot of exercise.but i don't have good sleeping habits,i have too much homework every day that i can't go to bed until i finish my homework ,and i also have to get up early to arrive school on time.maybe i should change my living habits,because i want to be a healthy person.

as everyone knows,it's important to have a good school life.so we should change our school life and make it better and better .we live in the school and good school life can help us study better,if we have a bad school life,we won't sthdy well.but how to make our school life better than before?i think if we want to make a better school life ,we shall do these things.first of all, we shall make a list of what we should do,then we shall change our living habits to suit the new life.next,we shall tell our idea to our friends ,talk about if the plan can work in the future.if the plan works ,also tell the others and share our hapiness.in my opinions.i think to make a better school life must change ourselves first.

Do you know how to make our daily life as healthiest as possible? Now, I will discuss some of the most vital knowledge to you. In our community, their are Physical Needs, Safety Needs, and Love and Friendship Needs.

Physical Needs is that every human beings require to have air for breathing, water for drinking, shelter for living, medical attention for healing, rest for resting, and recreation for relaxing. If you miss any one from this list, that means you life is not as health as other people. For example, there was an explorer in the ancient age and he was traveling in a gigantic forest. One day, he got lost in this forest and he could not find any foods in there. Two weeks after, the explorer lost his life in this dark, gloomy forest. This example tells us that, we can not lose any of those things from the Physical Needs, Safety Needs, and Love and Friendship Needs.

My suggestion for you is that every morning, you need to wake up early and have a great breakfast. You also need to have some snacks during the afternoon, that can encourage you energy. Daily sport in one thing that you can done during the afternoon or recreation time. Remember, the best way to keep you in a good mood is to sleep early. I suggest that you should go to bed at 9'oclock.

Overall, have a good timetable for yourself and follow the Physical Needs, Safety Needs, and Love and Friendship Needs instructions, it will makes you in the healthiest mood everyday.
