Our bodies are the most important assets to us. We need to take good care of our bodis in order to have a happy life. Nowadays, everybody is busy with their work. They don't have the time to treat their bodies well, but when they grow older, they will totally regret that their bodies will treat them the same way. Our bodies are like machines which need to be taken care of everyday. Try to imagine a machine not to be taken care for many years, can it still work? I don't think so. That's why we need to take care of our bodies whenever we can.

What's more, we should do enough exercise. So why not go for a walk every day to get some fresh air and made you body strong and healthy. Finally, we should get enough sleep because if we don't sleep well,we won't concentrate better and we'll feel tired. Brush our teeth at least twice a day so that we don't have a toothache. Don't smoke or drink too much because they can harm our body.

Start the new school year off right by teaching your children about the importance of proper nutrition and physical activity for a healthier future. All of these things add up to eating healthier.

Fast food combines two of our favorite desires. It gives things in a hurry and food which most people now a days like to see. Unfortunately, it also is likely to combine a lot of fat and calories. But it doesn’t have to if we’re careful. You can still get food in a hurry, but try these suggestions. Order a lean roast beef sandwich. Order grilled chicken sandwiches and do the fixings your way. Keep the portions to regular and small. No double anything or going large. Order items without the cheese is also helpful.
